From desert to dessert, the videos by Kelis and Katy Perry are awfully different, except for one thing: THEY ARE BRILLIANT.

Now I didn't exactly warm to Katy Perry's California Gurls, but this must be one of the most mouth-watering music videos I've ever seen. To put it in a list:

1. CANDYLAND BOARDGAME!
2. Gummybears that give you the finger!
3. Cupcake bras!
4. Cotton candy clouds!
5. HUMONGOUSLY HUMONGOUS CANDY.
6. Whipped cream cans = machine guns.
   
7. Nothing beats #2.
