Shaffer Chimere Smith aka Ne-Yo is back with the first single off his upcoming fourth studio album entitled Libra Scale to be released in September. Beautiful Monster is set to premiere on MySpace on May 25th, but until then, here's a snippet. Usual Ne-Yo, but I'm guessing this will be faring well in the US charts.
