Singer-songwriter Ne-Yo is gearing up for his fourth studio album Libra Scale with the premiere of its lead single, Beautiful Monster. The R&B crooner has revealed that he hopes to turn his forthcoming album into a movie, saying that he's "in the process of getting a Hollywood studio" for it. May I add that he also penned it himself? Yes.

Beautiful Monster. I said a while back that this was going to be a usual Ne-Yo track and it seems like it. Don't take it the wrong way though, because the lead single from Libra Scale is an R&B stomper that's got quite the infectious chorus and, to my liking, a dark theme surrounding it. Shaffer Chimere Smith aka Ne-Yo is back with the first single off his upcoming fourth studio album entitled Libra Scale to be released in September. Beautiful Monster is set to premiere on MySpace on May 25th, but until then, here's a snippet. Usual Ne-Yo, but I'm guessing this will be faring well in the US charts.
